Voting Information

Election Calendar

All Voters

All voters are required to show ID in the form of a driver's license or passport.

If there are any questions, please contact the Town Clerk by phone or e-mail.

New Voters

Residents new to voting who wish to register can go to the Town Clerk's office during regular business hours and request an application.

Residents will need ID in the form of driver’s license, or in the case that they do not have a driver's license, they will need to show a bill that they receive at their residence.

Residents may also register on election day at the Elementary School.

Absentee Ballots

Residents can obtain absentee ballots for state and local elections from the Town Clerk during regular business hours. For more information regarding mailing the ballots to the residents and the return due date, please contact the Town Clerk.

About the Supervisors

The Supervisors of the Checklist usually meet at the Wentworth Town Offices to make the following types of changes to the checklist:

  • Register new voters
  • Correct checklist entries
  • Change party registration

Meeting Information

Checklist meetings are usually announced in advance on the town website and at the town offices and will appear in the Election Calendar.
