Absentee Ballots
- Absentee ballots for the state, town, and school elections are located on the Town Applications/Forms page.
- Residents can obtain absentee ballots for state and local elections from the Town Clerk during regular business hours. For more information regarding mailing the ballots to the residents and the return due date, please contact the Town Clerk.
- Return the forms to the Town Clerk.

Renewal of licenses may be done by mail, online, or in person, providing the clerk has the current rabies information. Call 603-764-5244 to verify. You must send a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you do the license by mail.
Payments
Regulations
- All dogs four (4) months or older must be licensed in NH.
- Licenses expire on April 30.
- Dog owners shall register all dogs over four (4) months of age by April 30.You will need to renew your dog's license annually by this date or penalties and fines will be issued. The penalty is $1.00 per month beginning in June.
- Rabies and a spay/neuter certificate(s) are required for registration.
- Owners are liable for dogs running at large (see penalties to the right)

Penalties
- Penalty for not renewing your dog's license is $1.00 per month beginning in June.
- Penalty for not obtaining a dog license is a fine of $25.00 (RSA: 466:13).
- First time loose dog, or barking dog is a $25 fine. Second offense is $100.
- First time growls, snaps, runs after, or chases off of property is $50. Second offence is $200.
- First time dog bites or attacks is $100. Second offense is $400.
- If the dog needs to be taken to kennel for whatever reason, you are responsible for those fees as well.
All fines must be paid within 96 hours of being issued or a criminal complaint will be filed with the Plymouth District Court.

Vehicle Registrations & Payments
Vehicle Registration Information
- Vehicle owners must register their vehicles with Town Clerk.
- To re-register, owners should bring in their old registrations and driver's license.
- Proof of residency is required for new registrations.
- Renewals, decals, transfers and plates now available.

If you send in for a renewal with no renewal form, please include your plate number on a piece of paper, your phone number, and your signature.
The Town Clerk will process your motor vehicle registration within 5-7 business days.
